About PPCS

Pikes Peak Cargo Secure, Inc. (PPCS) was formed in 2002 by CW3 David John Stanley, US Army (Ret.). During his 20 year Army career, he was responsible for planning, loading and moving all Classes of Supply, specifically Class V (Ammunition), the heaviest and most difficult Class of Supply to load and move in the military. His years as an EOD technician and a Conventional Ammunition Warrant from company to divisional level laid the foundation for the development of his patents.

He always knew there was a better way to Contain, Secure, and Protect military cargo. The VATTS® (Variable All Terrain Tiedown SystemsTM) was what he first developed. The Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq created a need for other applications using the VATTS® technology. As the wars continued a greater need for a Tactical Container emerged. One that could be collapsed with the smallest footprint and be tough enough to withstand the rigors of being used over and over again. He has created the TL-FICCSTM (Tactical Lightweight – Flexible Integrated Collapsible Container SystemsTM); the AL-FICCSTM (A Lightweight – Flexible Integrated Collapsible Container SystemsTM); and CL-FICCSTM (Corrugated Lightweight – Flexible Integrated Collapsible Container SystemsTM). These systems, combined with the new rugged and durable aluminum footlocker system (LOC_FICCSTM) are designed to reduce the MILVAN requirements for deployment and redeployment and the VATTS® technology will reduce the need for “Blocking and Bracing” in those MILVAN’s. These systems are fast becoming standard bearers with the Future Combat Systems that the military envisions for the 21 Century.

Chief Stanley currently has Patents as noted. All one hundred and fifty six products have been approved for sale by the GSA under contract GS-02F-0065P and are NSN’d (or pending) and Class 9. He plans to have more products introduced into the GSA/DLA for your future use.
